Through movement, the Kindergarten students are able to interpret what they are hearing: AABA form. Students are moving on the A portion of the piece, where the piano has higher notes, and students pause on the B portion, where the piano plays in a lower register. Students may not be able to explain what they hear, but they are able to show what they are hearing through movement.

By using a ball students are able to show they can keep a steady half note pulse to a simple song.
